The Topcon Economy Red Beam Utility Pipe Laser TP-L4B uses the red laser to allow you to work with the grade and vertical lines. It uses auto line centering and auto grade zeroing to provide better accuracy, up to plus or minus 10 second accuracy. The grade ranges from -15% up to +40%. The LED plumb light will also help keep it lined up.

By using a backlit LCD display, the Topcon Economy Red Beam Utility Pipe Laser TP-L4B allows it to be used in a variety of conditions, including bad weather and bad lighting. It can be used both indoors and outdoors. As it is waterproof, it can be placed in water up to 16.5' without damage for up to 24 hours. It also works in extreme temperatures from -4 degrees Fahrenheit to 122 degrees Fahrenheit.

The RC200 remote allows the Topcon Economy Red Beam Utility Pipe Laser TP-L4B to be used at a range of 660'. Since it will run on standard alkaline batteries or rechargeable batteries, it can have a battery life between 40 and 70 hours. It can also be run using a DC power chord.
