The Topcon DT-205 Digital Theodolite features a simple interface, dual backlit displays and a tilt sensor that provides angle correction for precise measurements. With 5-second accuracy, 30x magnification and 2-5-inch telescope resolving power, this survey instrument delivers quick results and high quality images of target points.  Featuring dual-axis compensation, the DT205 automatically monitors and corrects shifting of both vertical and horizontal angles. It also has a detachable tribrach with bubble vial and a built-in optical plummet for easy set-up and leveling.

This Topcon theodolite is integrated with an absolute encoder that uses an algorithm to improve the reliability of angle measurements. When the instrument shuts down, the measurement point is automatically restored to save time on the job site and reduce power consumption.
