The Topcon GTS-255 5 Second Total Station provides surveyors with quick and accurate measurements over longer distances. With a single prism, it will allow measurements up to 7,500'. The readings can be taking in under a second. With a battery life of up to 40 hours when doing simple angle measurements, and 9 for more complex measuring, the rechargeable Ni-MH battery will provide reliability while in the field. It also has an UP-54 rating, so it will remain undamaged by water and dust on the work site.

If you are moving around the job site, and have to turn off the Topcon GTS-255 5 Second Total Station, when it is powered back up again, it will remember the previous position to continue surveying the area. If you are on rough ground, a dual-axis and the tilt sensor will adjust for it and ensure proper readings. It also has an optical plummet, which will also help ensure the accuracy.

Having built-in software and an internal memory of 24,000 points, the Topcon GTS-255 5 Second Total Station is up to the task of storing large amounts of crucial data.
