The Topcon GTS-252 2 Second Total Station is used for longer distance measurements, up to 7,545' horizontally when using a single prism. It will also calculate the slope as well the difference in height between two points. It is incredibly accurate, within 2 seconds, and is incredibly fast, as it takes readings in under a second.

The software comes built into the Topcon GTS-252 2 Second Total Station, which allows for quick calculations. The internal memory makes it simple to keep all the field data safe until it can be transferred to a data collector or your computer. The dual display makes it easy to access the data, as well, by using the keyboard to adjust the information. The Total Station is compatible with other models, including the FC-25, FC-250, FC-236, FC-2600, and Tesla to allow for more complex measurements.

The Topcon GTS-252 2 Second Total Station is waterproof, so you can continue working, even in the rain. It is also protected from dust. The Ni-MH battery is rechargeable, so you can take it on location, without having to worry about dragging a power cord.
