With vertical and horizontal working modes, the Johnson Level 40-6582 Dual Grade Laser has a large self-leveling range for alignment and plumb applications. It has a scan function and performs slope at different inclinations in both axes. This automatic rotary laser also includes a remote control and a laser detector for increased operating range outdoors.

Horizontal and Vertical Self-Leveling
This Johnson Level grade laser features one plumb-point and one horizontal laser plane with 90-degree split beam. When beyond the ±8 degrees leveling range, the laser beam will flash, laser stops rotating and an audible alarm activates. It is also accurate up to 1/16 inch at 100 feet and has a manual mode that allows the unit to tilt in extreme angles. With an included mounting scope, this laser allows quick and accurate axis alignment over long distances.

Johnson Level 40-6715 Laser Detector
Extending the working range of your rotary laser up to 2,000 feet, the included Johnson Level laser receiver features a dual backlit display, low power consumption and a mounting bracket for easily attaching to grade rods. This laser detector also has audible and visual indicators and two accuracy settings for precise leveling.

Extra Features
The Johnson Level 40-6582 has an illuminated LCD display for clear horizontal and vertical references. It also has fine self-calibration function, various scanning modes to adjust the scan line size and scan direction, three rotational speeds, and a remote control to operate the laser up to 200 feet away.

Dust and Water Resistant
With an IP-66 rating, this grade laser is protected against dust and powerful water jets from any angle. It works up to 40 hours using the included Li-Ion rechargeable battery pack and lasts up to 100 hours with three D alkaline batteries (sold separately).
