With a 1.0 GHz processor and 512 MB RAM, the Spectra Nomad 1050XC Data Collector provides fast and accurate calculations of land measurements. It comes with Spectra Survey Pro Robotics which shares all Survey Pro functions, adds graphical staking screens, and works with all major brands of robotic total stations. The Nomad 1050XC has integrated Bluetooth connectivity and other wireless capabilities including Wi-Fi and 3.75G dual-band modem for internet connectivity on the go. It is also fitted with an advanced GNSS antenna that reads the full constellation of satellite signals, including SBAS.

The Spectra Precision Nomad 1050XC features a five-megapixel camera that captures high resolution, geotagged photos for documentation. For viewing images, maps and data in sharp detail, it has a sunlight-readable VGA color display. This field controller also has a backlit numeric keypad for easier data entry, especially when wearing gloves. Equipped with Windows Embedded Handheld 6.5 operating system, the Nomad1050 data collector can take advantage of Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Dustproof and water resistant, the Nomad is fully rugged and works up to 15 hours with its 5200mAh Li-ion battery. The 1050XC also has an 8 GB of memory that can easily be expanded through its micro SD card slot. In addition, a range of accessories are available for construction professionals, including tripod and pole brackets. This Spectra data collector comes with a one year manufacturer’s warranty.
