The Johnson 40-6900 Builder’s Level is accurate up to 3/16-inch at 100 feet and provides 22x magnification for leveling foundations, driveways, patios, floors, curbs and ditches, or any other light construction job. With 200 feet working range, this optical instrument features a 15-minute horizontal circle and tangent screw for precise movement control.

The Johnson Level 40-6900 can be used for the following outdoor applications; site preperation, establishing grades, excavating, landscaping-terracing and retaining walls, rough and fine grading, digging basements, setting foundation and footers, retention ponds and septic tanks, controlling concrete pours, alignment and plumb of concrete forms, leveling deck floors, establish diagonals and footings for decks/patios, contour framing, drainage.
