Water level loggers measure and record water levels in wells, flumes and open water. Level loggers can be vented or absolute, with the former automatically compensating for barometric pressure. Vented level loggers require a vented cable assembly. Absolute level loggers can be placed with a cable assembly or a simple wire suspension line. If a cable assembly is used, the data can be transferred to a PC or field computer without removing the sensor from the water.
