The
HI9241 Foodcare Thermistor Thermometer is housed in a durable,
waterproof, food-safe casing designed for use throughout the food and
beverage industry. The HI9241 measures temperature in degrees Celsius
from -50.0 to 150.0°C. This thermometer includes the
HI765PW stainless steel penetration probe, but this can easily be
exchanged with any other model in the HI765 series without requiring
calibration. The HI765 series offers a diverse assortment of probes for
measurement in gases, air, liquids, and substances that require
penetration for accurate readings. Optional thermistor probes cover a
wide temperature range from -50 to 150°C (-58 to 302°F).
